My great-great-grandmother was Nancie Whitney b.10/1832 In. d.aft:1900 Blackford co.,In. She was the daughter of Thomas Whitney b.3/18/1795 Westminnster,Worcester Co.,Ma. d.7/4/1881 Muncie,In. He married 7/13/1826 Washington Co.,Oh. to Hannah Peston b.10/10/1805 Pa. d.11/27/1870 In. Thomas was the son of Phinehas Whitney & Elizabeth Rand. Phinehas parents are Samuel Whitney & Abigail Fletcher. Samuel parents are William Whitney & Martha Peirce. It contiues on to John Whitney from England.
