[April 1758] ye 11th In ye Morning I Was Much Not well & Held So all Day--About 9 oClock Mr Stanton & I Set out From His Hous To Com To Canaan, we Made Several Stops By ye way & About ye Midl. of ye afternoon we Came to Col: Whitneys & Soon after I went over To Mr. Donica's where I Contluded To Tarry if I Should Be Sick as I Then Expected--Docr. Baker Came To Se me this Nights & Told Me He would Com again In ye Morning & Give Me a Portion of Phisick--This Night I Rested Better than I Expected to . . . .
