I. Daniel Edwin Foote, b. at Stamford, N. Y., 30 March 1818; a farmer; married at Hobart, N. Y., 7 June 1843, Betsey Ann Griffin, dau. of Samuel and Fanny B. (Beers) Griffin, of Hobart. She died at Hobart, 22 Ap. 1857. He married (2d), 23 Feb. 1859, at Stamford, Sally Adelia Gould, dau. of Selleck and Sally T. (Blish) Gould, of Hobart. They settled at La Fayette, Ohio, and were living there in Nov. 1875.

II. Henry Bailey Foote, b. at Stamford, N. Y., 29 Sept. 1820; a farmer; married at Walton, N. Y., 31 Jan. 1856, Lucretia Eells, dau. of Horace and Eliza (Patchin) Eells, of Walton, where she was horn 3 March 1827. They settled at Stamford; where she died 28 Feb. 1875, and was buried at Hobart. He was living at Hobart in Sept. 1875.

III. Charles Austin Foote, b. at Stamford, N. Y., 5 Oct. 1823; a farmer and cattle-drover; married at Harpersfield, N. Y., 12 March 1845, Jerusha Ann Buck, dau. of Noah and Jerusha (Patchin) Buck, of Harpersfield, where she was born 4 July 1826. They dwelt in Harpersfield for nine years; in Kortright, N. Y., one year; in Walton, N. Y., five years; in Harpersfield again, two years; and then moved to Hobart, N. Y., where they were living in Sept 1875.

IV. Albert Foote, b. at Stamford, N. Y., 10 Feb. 1826; married at Worcester, N. Y., 25 Sept. 1850, Loanda Patchin, dau. of David Patchin, of Harpersfield, N. Y. They were living at Medina, Ohio, in Sept 1875.

V. Minerva Foote, b. at Stamford, N. Y., 27 July 1828; married there, 5 Feb. 1850, James Harvey Butler, a farmer, of Walton, N. Y., son of Daniel and Polly (Odell) Butler, of Harpersfield, N. Y. They settled at Walton, where she died 3 Sept. 1861. She was buried at Tompkins, N. Y.

VI. William B. Foote, b. at Stamford, N. Y., 10 Ap. 1833; a farmer; married there, 14 March 1866, Sarah Elizabeth Swart, dau. of William and Nancy (Loughran) Swart, of Stamford. She was born at Bovina, N. Y., 22 Nov. 1841. They settled at Hobart, N. Y., on the homestead of his father and grandfather, and were living there in Sept. 1875. He added the letter B to his name, for difference.

VII. Mary Ann Foote, b. at Stamford, N. Y., 21 Jan. 1836; married there, 28 Dec. 1864, Charles Edward Whitlock, a farmer, son of Platt and Elizabeth (Higley) Whitlock, of Stamford, where he was born 12 Jan. 1835. They settled at Hobart, N. Y., and were living there in Sept. 1875, without children.
