Aaron6 Whitney (Ezekiel5, John4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Ezekiel5 and Katherine (Draper) Whitney, was born 20 Jun 1780, Watertown, MA, and died after 1810, said in Watertown, MA.

He "of Watertown" married, 16 Apr 1805, Brookline, MA, Hannah Abbott,[1] daughter of Joseph and Ruth (Buckman) Abbott. She was born 14 Apr 1781. She is said to have married secondly, a certain Mr. Littlefield.

He was mentioned in his father's will, 8 Jan 1801.

i. (son)7 Whitney, b. 1805-1810; probably identical to Aaron Whitney, b. ca. 1808, Watertown, MA; m. Keziah/Desire Dillingham; res. Waterville and Fairfield, ME.
