Bartlett7 Whitney (Eleazer6, Nathan5, Thomas4, Eleazar3, Thomas2, John1), son of Eleazer6 and Martha (Crozer) Whitney, was born 12 Jun 1804, Halifax, VT, and died 3 May 1893, Amherst, MA, aged 88 years 10 months 21 days, of heart disease, farmer.[1]

He married, say 1831, Eliza Worden. She was born about 1804, Vermont, and died 26 July 1893, Age 88 years 11 Months, Amherst, MA.[2]

He was a laborer, "boards State, North Amherst City", Amherst, MA, in 1886-1887.[3]

iii. Thomas Bartlett Whitney, b. Apr 1836, Halifax, VT; m.(1) Prudence A. Aldrich; m.(2) 6 Jul 1909, Amherst, MA, Emily (Miner) Trumble.
iv. Mary M. Whitney, b. Feb 1838, Bennington, VT; d. after 1920, Hudson, MA; m. ca. 1866, Halifax, VT, Charles F. Tyler.
v. Julia M. Whitney, b. 22 Sep 1842, Halifax, VT; d. 25 Dec 1925, Wilmington, VT, of bronchopneumonia; m. 9 Aug 1868, Halifax, VT, Frank Henry Aldrich, son of James and Mary (-----) Aldrich.[7]
vi. Gilbert F. Whitney, b. ca. Apr 1845, VT; d. 9 Oct 1850, Halifax, VT, aged 5 years 6 months.[8]
vii. Charles P. Whitney, b. ca. Mar 1849, VT; d. 22 Sep 1850, Halifax, VT, aged 1 year 6 months.[9]
