Benjamin Whitney, of Uxbridge, 30 Sep 1765, received of Lydia Taft, admr., his portion of his father's estate, of which Josiah Taft was admr., so much in full. Joshua, Nathaniel and Hannah, and Isaac and Phebe Kibby also signed receipts at the same time. [Wor. Prob. Rec.] Resided Uxbridge, Massachusetts.
Probably he was the one who married, 4 Apr 1775, Westborough, MA, Esther Higgins.
