He married secondly, 25 Aug 1904, Norwalk, OH, Urania A. (Dean) Todd, daughter of Royal Cady and Mary Ann (Smith) Dean. She was born 16 July 1854, Townsend, OH, and died 28 Dec 1935, Cleveland, OH, aged 81 years 5 months 12 days, of diabetes. She had married firstly, 20 July 1873, E. Townsend, OH, Clarence E. Todd, from whom she was divorced, and by whom she had two children. She was buried in Highland Park Cemetery, Cleveland, OH.
