Charles Brown9 Whitney (George Reddington8, Simon7, Simon6, Timothy5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of George Reddington8 and Pauline Brown (Hilliard) Whitney, was born 4 Oct 1860, Brockton, MA, and died after 1930.

He married firstly, 26 Dec 1882, Lynn, MA, Clara Bird Clark, daughter of Levi H. and Carrie G. (-----) Clark.[1] She was born 29 Aug 1861, St. Georges, DE, and died 2 Nov 1891.

He married secondly, 11 Jan 1893, Kate Portis. She was born Aug 1870, AR, and died after 1930.

He resided Chicago, IL, Saco, ME, and Chicopee, MA.

i. Edith Marion10 Whitney, b. 11 Sep 1883, Saco, ME, or Lynn, MA;[2] m. 5 Apr 1910, Springfield, MA, Junius B. Chase, b. ca. 1881, Holyoke, MA, son of Charles P. and Jean (Bush) Chase.[3]
