Charles H. J.8 Whitney (William7, Jabez6, Jacob5, Jonas4, Eleazar3, Thomas2, John1), son of William7 and Sarah Angelina (Peabody) Whitney, was born 5 Aug 1849 (given name omitted), Northfield, MA,[1] and died after 1910.

He married, 25 Jun 1873, Lowell, MA, Sarah Frances Sanborn, daughter of George W. and Mary R. (-----) Sanborn.[2] She was born about 1851, MA, and died after 1910.
