Daniel6 Whitney (David5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of David5 and Rebecca (Edgecom) Whitney, was born 18 Nov 1762, Gorham, ME,[1] and died 4 Jul 1838, Hampden, ME.

He married, 20 Nov 1785, Bucksport, ME, Louisa Stubbs, daughter of Samuel and Anne (Rich) Stubbs. She was born 4 May 1760, Buckstown, Hancock Co, ME.

Daniel was a Revolutionary War veteran:

Moved to Hampden, Penobscot Co., Maine in 1783. Widow applied for pension from Hampden on 7 August 1839.
Marriage certificate says marriage took place in Wheelersborough. Possibly old name for Bucksport (Buckstown).

This was his son. Apparently Daniel was living in his household, being the male 60-69, and possibly the female 60-69 was Louisa.
