He married, 6 Oct 1885, Elizabeth W. Brown, daughter of James and Almira (Libby) Brown. She was born about Jun 1856, Dorchester, MA, and died 4 Apr 1886, Boston, MA, aged 29 years 10 months, of lacerated peninaeum and pueral septicaemia.
He was born in Fitzwilliam, NH; was an engineer, and at the time of his death was in the employ of Doliber, Goodale & County, at 41 Central Wharf, Boston, MA, manufacturers of Mellen's food for infants and invalids. He was strictly temperate, never used liquor or tobacco in any form, was industrious and a staunch republican. He resided Boston, MA, 1098 Washington St., Madison Hotel.
In 1886 he was an engineer.
