Henry7 Whitney (Charles6, John5, (poss.) Samuel4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Charles6 and Rachel (Pattee) Whitney, was born 1815, and died 27 Oct 1905, Freedom, ME. He was buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Freedom, ME.[1]

He married, 5 Sep 1847, Freedom, ME, Thankful Briry "of Pittsfield",[2] daughter of ----- and Hannah (Huff) Briry. She was born 1819, Bowdoin, ME, and died 25 Dec 1892. She was buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Freedom, ME.[3]

iii. Ellen S. Whitney, b. 1857; d. 11 May 1862, Freedom, ME, aged 4 years 4 months 12 days;[9] bur. Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Freedom, ME;[10] unmarried.
