Joshua K.8 Whitney (Moses7, Moses6, Ephraim5, Moses4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Moses7 and Sarah (Hamlin) Whitney, was born 1 Nov 1818, Raymond, ME,[1] was baptized about 1 Nov 1817 [sic],[2] and died 1893.[3] He is buried in Jones Cemetery, Brunswick, ME.

He married firstly, Clara White.[4] She died 12 March 1854, Brunswick, ME.[5]

He married secondly, 22 Jul 1854, Durham, ME, Orilla C. "Orvilla" Sutherland.[6] She was born 1807 and died 1894, Brunswick, ME.[7] She is buried in Jones Cemetery, Brunswick, ME.

i. William H.9 Whitney, bapt. 10 May 1846, Brunswick, ME;[8] d. after 1860.

Joshua K.8 and Orilla C. (Sutherland) Whitney had no children.
