On 17 Apr 1713, the will of her father mentions "my five daughters now living, Mary Peirce, ..."
"Ephraim was one of the first settlers in Lunenburg. He was one of the first selectmen in 1728."
"Ephraim Peirce was one of the first settlers in Lunenburg, and in the first division of land there he was assigned lot number sixty-eight. He was chosen one of the first selectmen of the town in 1728."
