Robert M.8 Whitney (Joseph Ingram7, Jabez6, Phineas5, Isaac4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Joseph Ingram7 and Emaline W. (Morgan) Whitney, was born about 1834, PA, and died 1912. He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Winona, MN.[1]

He married, Rebecca M. Lemon. She was born about 1841, IN, and died after 1880.

ii. Alona Whitney or Annie Whitney, b. ca. 1865, IA; "Ann" d. 28 Mar 1945, Winona, MN, aged 80 years.

iv. George Whitney, b. ca. 1872, MN; d. 14 Jun 1943, Winona, MN, aged 71 years.
v. Martha Whitney, b. ca. 1874, MN.
vi. Florence Whitney, b. ca. 1878, MN.
