William Harrison9 Whitney (Joseph Hasting8, Joseph7, Nathaniel6, Nathaniel5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Joseph Hasting8 and Sarah (Ingraham) Whitney, was born 6 May 1840, Grafton, MA,[1] and died after 1920.

He married, 22 Apr 1861, Grafton, MA, or Shrewsbury, MA, Abbie A. Hubbard, of Millbury, daughter of George Lisander and Cornelia B. (Crosby) Hubbard.[2] She was born 13 Jul 1844, Grafton, MA, and died after 1920.

He resided Grafton, MA, and 5 Howes St., Dorchester, MA.
