"John was 25 and Mary 27 years of age when they married in Blewberry, Berkshire, England and were known to have had a family of six children, all sons, John (1728) married Anne GRAY, Francis (1730) married Sarah WRIGHT and became a Breeches and glove maker, William (1733) married Martha NICHOLLS, Thomas (1737) married Jane GOODEY, Richard (1740) our direct ancestor married Mary DIMMOCK, and James (1745)."
