The marriage record to John-4 WHITNEY [Thomas-3 and Elizabeth (LAWRENCE), Thomas-2, John-1], is dated 2 Mar 1709/10, and recorded both in Stow Vital Records and in Watertown Vital Records (see <a href="http://www.erols.com/rlward1/whitney/stow.html">http://www.erols.com/rlward1/whitney/stow.html</a> and <a href="http://www.erols.com/rlward1/whitney/watertown.html">http://www.erols.com/rlward1/whitney/watertown.html</a>). In neither case is her name given as "LEE", but as BARNARD. This is indicative, but not definitive, that she had no previous husband. Regards, Robert L.
