Helen Maria married Daniel Tilton Hickox (spelling is verified in the Sarah Cleveland pedigree)(don't know birthplace or year; death was in Milwaukee around 1855), and Helen died in Milwaukee, WI, date??? Her father was William Henry Whitney, b. 1795 in Rensselaer, NY and died in Columbus, OH. Her grandfather was William Finley Whitney (we think?). She and Daniel had 7 children, the youngest being my g-grandfather, Josiah Finley Hickcox, born in Middlebury, OH, 9/24/1842; died 6/23/1934 in Attleboro,MA. Would like to find accurate tree to show connection to the Whitneys on the Wye, as my great-aunt Mildred Carpenter, Attleboro, MA passed the story down that we did have those as ancestors.
