It appears that an automated process was creating accounts on the site. This was also happening on the other wiki that I maintain, and on that site, these accounts were causing damage to random pages. In order to stop this until I can find a solution, I have disabled new account creation on the site. You can still view pages, but you will not be able to create an account, log in, and make changes until this is resolved.
