:5. HENRY3 ALDEN, (John2, Henry1), born 27 November 1734; baptized 1 December 1734 (NEHGR, 57:28) died at Needham in 1812, ae 78? (VR has a Henry who died 28 Sept. 1809). He married at Needham, 25 March 1762 (NEHGR, 55:263), THANKFUL PARKER, b. 1730; died at Needham, 23 February 1814 (VR, 126). They were listed in the 1790 census at Needham.

:The Ltr. of adm. was issued on 8 Feb 1738/9 to Rebecca Willard, widow, who posted bond on that date with Stephen Gates of Harvard and John Harwood of {Winchenden?} [101:21; 179:343].

:The inventory of James Willard of Lancaster was taken on 11 Jan 1738/9 by Jonat. Whitney, Jacob Gates and Thomas Willard, and included 83 acres of upland and swamp and a dwelling house valued at £200 [1:367].

:No other papers were filed in this case.

:Jeremiah Holman of Bolton died intestate, and William Keyes, Francis Butterick and John Whetcomb took an inventory of the estate on 3 July 1739. The total of a little more than £206 included a real estate right in the "line of towns Called number six," valued at £25 [1:415].

:On 21 August 1739 a bond was issued to Abigail Holman, widow, with John Whitney, also of Bolton, and Francis Eveleth of Stow, housewright, as sureties [176:306].
