		+	Wow! I had no idea one could actually access the images for 1830-1850, even though they are not indexed. If I'd known that, I'd have done all of 1830 myself!

		+	I access Heritage Quest Online through my public library, using my library card number. They have a subscription which is available for free to their patrons. I use it from home, which is super-convenient. Now that I have a subscription to Ancestry.com (thanks to the WRG's Christmas gift!), I can do both, and compare the results. I find the images clearer on Ancestry.com, but the indexes a bit better on Heritage Quest Online.

		+	All states are done for 1830 but three, and they are all assigned. Connecticut has no data (yet), and New York is in progress. One of them is assigned to you, Massachusetts, and is also in progress. Finishing that should be a high priority for you.

		+	Here's something that you could do that would really help. I suspect that for some of the extracted states that volunteers may have extracted some of the entries, but not all of them. If you have access to Ancestry or Heritage Quest, it would greatly help if you could search for "Whitney" for each state, note the number of "hits" returned, and verify that the online extracts here have the same number of people. Also, if you could do the same for "Whitny" and make sure that any of those were added to the pages as well, that'd be great! This could be done for all states in 1830 and 1840 - as much as you want to do. Also, any states listed on the [[1830]] or [[1840]] indexes which have red links have not yet been extracted.
