		+	Sorry you had difficulty. The uploading of files has been broken for about two years. I have gotten the same error message, and reported it to Tim Doyle. Tim has been promising to update the wiki software for some time, but that hasn't happened yet. Hopefully once that is done, the uploading problem may be resolved (or may not!).

		+	There are several other problems with the current wiki software which Tim hasn't been able to rectify. For one, "E-mail this user" doesn't work. For another, bots (programs to do editing automatically) are no longer working. For another, the website seems to crash quite often: over the last several months, it is averaging a crash about every six days. For another, "Discussion Forums" are not working, either.
