He had a brother, James Goodrich Whitney who married Deborah Toleman and had 3 children: Kathleen, Peter and Nick - Nick and Kathleen are both in Northern CA and Peter is in New Milford, CT. His sister, Frances married Jerry Anderson, the sculptor, and had children Jennifer, and others I am not sure of. Peter Dwight Whitney married Lois Abbott and had Stephen Clarke, James Clinton and Elizabeth Abbott. Then he married Frances Friedman and had me, Joanna Goodrich. Stephen Clarke married Mary Ann Ward and has Jessica, Christa and David and lives in Berkeley, CA. James Clinton married Elizabeth Brown, and had Rebecca, Thomas and Peter, and lives in New Haven, CT. Elizabeth Abbott married John Gage and had Lisa Gage. Lisa Gage married Eric Enriquez and has Evangeline and Luna and lives in Ukiah, CA and I am unmarried and live in Englewood, CO.
