He married, 3 Sep 1795, Mary Lincoln, daughter of Nathan and Martha (Fearing) Lincoln. She was born 25 Jan 1770, Hingham, MA, and died 4 Mar 1849, Hingham, MA, aged 79 years, "formerly of Northborough".
