William7 Whitney (Jabez6, Jacob5, Jonas4, Eleazar3, Thomas2, John1), son of Jabez6 and Sarah (Savoy) Whitney, was born 8 Aug 1822, Orange, MA,[1] and died 25 Feb 1895, Athol, MA, aged 72 years 6 months 17 days, of heart disease; blacksmith.[2]
He married Sarah Angelina Peabody, daughter of Isaac Kittredge and Clarissa (Gay) Peabody. She was born 13 Sep 1825, and died 9 Apr 1919, Athol, MA.
He was a blacksmith.
