He married 17 dec 1896, Clinton Co., Iowa, Lucy Ethel Whitney, daughter of Alonzo and Lucina (French) Whitney. She was born 14 mar 1873, prob. Ustick Twp., Whiteside Co., Illinois, and died 11 dec 1943, Kansas City, Jackson Co., Missoiri.
Frank and Lucy were first cousins, related through their common ancestors, Joseph and Sophronia (Taylor) Whitney. They moved to Hopkins, MO shortly after they married in 1896.
Frank served as custodian of the Hopkins Public School for 37 years.
