Edeward Tildesley versus Edmund Fleetwood.
Tythes of the grange of Rossall, lying in Rotherholme, Little Bispame, and Norbrecke, in the parish of Poulton in Amoundernes, parcel of the township of Thornton and vicarage of Poulton (Lancester), late parcel of the monasteries of Dieulacres (Stafford) and Syon (Middlesex). Tithes. The names and possession of Thos. Singleton and Constance his wife, Albine Woodlane, and Thos. Whitney, late abbots of Dieulacres, Nicholas Whiteny, his cousin, John Allen, Ge. Allen, Eliz. Allen, Thos. Fleetwood, Thursland Tildesley (father of plaintiff), John Lythorne, Willm. Salthouse, John, alias Jeyne, Brekyll, are mentioned.

Fras. Whitney versus Henry More. Certain lands and messuages called Ringestones, in the parish of Weley or Wayley, and Stanley Hall, in Disley, alias Deane, held of the manor and forest of Macclesfied, dissovled chapel of Disley of Deane. Boundary of Little Mosley. Robert Ridgeway was seized of the lands called Ringestones, and gave same to John More on condition that he gave 13 (s) 4 (d) to the chapel of Disley for masses.
