He was a journalist. He d. Aug. 11, 1863; res. Pitts- burgh, Pa. 7844. i. ANN PARMELA, b. Pittsburgh, 1845; d. aged 18 months. 7845. ii. GEO. IRWIN, b. Nov. 24, 1847; m. Annabel McCALL. 7846. iii. Stockbridge, Mass., Feb. 29, 1820; m. there, Apr. 23, 1845, Mary E. LYNCH, dau. of Dea. Reuben LYNCH; b. Sept. 22, 1825. He was born on the old place in Stockbridge. At the early age of six his father died and he resided with his uncle William until his marriage in 1845. He has been a very quiet home body, temperate, industrious and highly esteemed.
