7561 I. Helen Augusta Stevens, b. at Logan, now Adrian, Mich., 10 Feb. 1831; married in Canal Street, Delphos, Ohio, 21 May 1853, by Rev. Mr. Warner, Lutheran, to Alanson Rhoades, a farmer, son of Palmer and Eliza (Link) Rhoades, of Columbia Co., N. Y., where he was born. They dwelt, for nineteen years, two miles from Spencerville, Ohio, and then moved to Delphos, where they were living in May 1875. He enlisted, 10 Oct. 1862, at Camp Lima, Ohio, in Co. A, 81st Reg., Ohio Vol. Infantry; served under Sherman from Cornith to Savannah, and thence to Washington, D. C.; and was discharged at Louisville, Ky., 27 July 1865. 15159
7562 II. William Stanton Stevens, b. 1 Nov. 1833; died 17 Jan. 1840, and was buried in Fort Amanda Cemetery.
7563 III. Emily Stevens, b. 17 June 1836; died 24 Dec. 1838, and was buried in Fort Amanda Cemetery.
7564 IV. Walter Scott Stevens, b. 19 Nov. 1840; enlisted, 10 Oct. 1862, at Camp Lima, Ohio, in Co. A, 81st Reg., Ohio Vol. Infantry; served under Sherman from Corinth to Savannah, and thence to Washington, D. C.; and was discharged at Louisville, Ky., 27 July 1865. He is unmarried.
7565 V. Oscar Augustus Stevens, twin, b. 11 May 1842.
7566 VI. Edgar James Stevens, twin, b. 11 May 1842; enlisted, 10 Oct. 1862, at Camp Lima, Ohio, in Co. A, 81st Reg., Ohio Vol. Infantry; served under Sherman from Corinth to Savannah, and thence to Washington, D. C.; and was discharged at Louisville, Ky., 27 July 1865. He was living at Delphos, Ohio, in May 1875, unmarried.
