13271 I. James Harvey Whitney, b. at Wolcott, Vt., 19 Jan. 1847; a farmer and teacher; married at Cabot, Vt., 22 Nov. 1870, by Rev. J. W. Bemis, Methodist Episcopal, to Martha Matilda Perkins, of Cabot, who was born at Walden, Vt., 16 Nov. 1847, dau. of Urbin and Betsey (Sanborn) Perkins. He settled at Cabot, and was living there in 1873, without children. He was a soldier in the war of 1861, for one year in 1864 and 1865.
13272 II. Moses Merrill Whitney, b. at Wolcott, Vt., 6 Oct. 1849; a farmer; married at Hardwick, Vt., 2 Nov. 1870, by Rev. S. Torrey, Congregational, to Elizabeth Coffin Damon, who was born at Cabot, Vt., 4 Nov. 1852, dau. of John Horace and Nancy Kimball (Coffin) Damon. After his father entered the army he dwelt for one year at Marshfield, Vt.; and then went to Cabot, where they were living in 1873, without children.

13273 I. George Clark Phillips, b. at Newark, N. J., 10 Oct. 1843; married Jane Sarah Fichtor, at Washington, N. J.; and was living at Dover, N. J., in Jan. 1875.
13274 II. Augustus Harris Phillips, b. at Newark, N. J., 10 Oct. 1845; married at Dover, N. J., 18 Jan. 1871, Sarah Frances Kinney; and was living at Dover in Jan. 1875.
