Sherwood, Congregational, to Hannah Hudnot, who was born at Readington, 13 Dec. 1807, dau. of David and Diana (Biggs) Hudnot, the latter residing at Horseheads, N. Y., at the time of her marriage. They settled at Horseheads; moved to Big Flats, N. Y., in 1829; returned to Horseheads in 1834; and thence, in 1843, moved again to Big Flats, where she died, 20 July 1859, and was buried. He was married (2d), 27 March 1861, at Big Flats, by Rev. Isaac Easterbrooks, Baptist, to Erminda Silsbee dau. of John and Mary (Gable) Silsbee, of Big Flats, where she was horn 26 July 1835. They were living at Big Flats in June 1875.

VI. Gamaliel Truesdell, b. at Warwick, N. Y., 11 Aug. 1804; a farmer; married, 27 Sept. 1827, at Horseheads, N. Y., Phebe Riker, dau. of James and Hannah (Ward) Riker, of Big Flats, N. Y., where she was born 22 May 1809. She died, 9 Oct 1851, at Brandon, Mich., and was buried at Independence, Mich. He married (2d), 23 June 1852, at Clarkston, Mich., Augusta Baker, who died there, 21 July 1855, and was buried at Independence. He married (3d), 3 Jan. 1856, at Corunna, Mich., Ann Eliza Clement, of Ithaca, N. Y., widow of ----- Brown. He died, 20 Feb. 1875, at Flint, Mich. (where she was living in Aug. 1875), and was buried at Independence. He moved to Michigan in 1833, and lived in the counties or Oakland, Shiawassee, and Genesee.

Gillett, pastor of the First Baptist Church, to John Carpenter; a farmer and hotel-keeper, son or Daniel and Rebecca (Dunn) Carpenter, of Elmira, where he was born 22 Aug. 1807. They, settled at Horseheads, N. Y., and were living there in Jan. 1886.
