4690 IV. Halsey Rogers Burnham, b. at Caldwell, N. Y., about two miles south-west of Lake George, 17 Feb. 1818; was drowned in the Hudson River, at Northumberland, N. Y., 6 Aug. 1827; and was buried at Northumberland.
4691 V. Sarah Ann Burnham, b. at Fort Miller, N. Y., 17 June 1823; died there, of croup, 6 March 1824, and was buried at Northumberland, N. Y.
4692 VI. Cordelia Burnham, twin, b. at Northumberland, N. Y., 1 Ap. 1826; married at South Egremont, Mass., 8 Oct. 1845, by Rev. John G. Hall, Congregational, to John Vincent Cottrell, a farmer, who was born in Worthington, Mass., 24 Sept. 1823, son of Rufus and Sarah (Odell) Cottrell, of Worthington. They dwelt in Otis, Mass., for seven years; in Worthington, one year; in Princeton, Ill., eleven years; and then moved to Berlin, Ill., near Malden post-office, where they were still living in Feb. 1874. They are members of the Congregational Church. 12080
4693 VII. Amelia Burnham, twin, b. at Northumberland, N. Y., 1 Ap. 1826; died at Northumberland, 4 Ap. 1826, and was buried there.
4694 VIII. Helen Maria Burnham, b. at Northumberland, N. Y., 29 Sept. 1828; married at South Egremont, Mass., 1 Oct. 1850, by Rev. Mr. Turner, pastor of the Congregational Church in Great Barrington, Mass., to Alfred Smith Foote, a farmer, who was born at Chester, Mass., 22 Jan. 1822, son of Alvah and Asenath (Belden) Foote, and g. son of William Foote, a soldier of the Revolutionary War. They settled in Chester, and were living there in Feb. 1874. 12086

4695 I. George Whitney, b. at Great Barrington, Mass., 7 Nov. 1823; a dealer in fancy goods and hosiery; married in Second Avenue, near Twenty-eighth Street, New York City, 4 Ap. 1854, by Rev. Asa D. Smith, D. D., Presbyterian, to Catharine McCrary, dau. of William and Mary (Marr) McCrary, of Long Island, N. Y. She was born at Philadelphia, Penn., 11 March 1834. He lived at Warsaw, N. Y., from 1839 till 10 Jan. 1846; at New York, till Ap. 1859; at Hudson City, N. J., till March 1867 ; and then retired to his farm near Haverstraw, N. Y., where he dwelt till Sept. 1873. They have no children.
4696 II. Elizabeth Ann Whitney, b. at Sheffield, Mass., in 1826; married in West Thirty-third Street, New York, 3 Jan. 1856, by Rev. Asa D. 12089
