4828 I. Caroline Whitney, twin, b. at Somers, N. Y., 12 Jan. 1838; died on the same day, and was buried in Crompond East grave-yard.
4829 II. Ann Elizabeth Whitney, twin, b. at Somers, N. Y., 12 Jan. 1838; married at Yorktown, N. Y., 17 Nov. 1858, Isaac Dean Gregory, a farmer, son of Silas and Deborah (Loder) Gregory. He lived in the west part of Lewisboro', N. Y., about two miles north of Katonah, in 1874. 12389

4830 III. David Lewis Whitney, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., 11 Nov. 1846; a farmer; lived there in 1873, unmarried.
4831 IV. Constant Ferris Whitney, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., 13 Jan. 1851; grad. at Eastman's Commercial College, Poughkeepsie, N. Y., in 1871; a farmer; married at Katonah, N. Y., 8 May 1873, Ann Eliza Lyon, born at Bedford, N. Y., 23 Jan. 1850, dau. of Thomas Smith and Calista Bailey (Haight) Lyon. He lived at Yorktown, in his father's house, Nov. 1873.
4832 V. Alexander Stuart Haight Whitney, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., 20 Jan. 1854; grad. at Eastman's Commercial College, Poughkeepsie, N. Y., in 1871; lived with his father at Yorktown, a teacher, in Nov. 1874.

4833 I. David Whitney, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., 13 Sept. 1842; died 15 Sept. 1842, and was buried in Crompond East Cemetery.
4834 II. Phebe Haight Whitney, b. at Yorktown, N. Y., 28 March 1844; married at Somers, N. Y., 1 Jan. 1861, by Rev. Mr. McMillan, Presbyterian, to Oliver Cornell Flewwellin,1 a farmer, son of Robert R. and Elizabeth (Cornell) Flewwellin, of Yorktown, where he was born 21 July 1835. They dwelt at Yorktown for three years; and then settled at New Castle, N. Y., where they were living in 1874. 12390

4835 I. Josephus Loring Blakeney, b. at Peekskill, N. Y., 14 Ap. 1843; died at Peekskill, 15 Feb. 1844, and was buried there.
  1 This name, and the New Brunswick form, Flewelling (see Nos. 4723, 4727, 4736, 4740), are evidently corruptions of the Welsh name Llewellyn.
