p. 48, #373: Sarah5 WHITNEY married 26 Nov 1747, Groton, MA, Benjamin WILSON, according to Groton vital records.
p. 48, #374: Ezra5 WHITNEY married firstly Agnes -----, and secondly Elizabeth -----.
p. 48, #375: Beulah5 WHITNEY died 7 Feb 1763, Shirley, MA, unmarried, according to Shirley vital records.
p. 48, #109: If his age at death is accurate, Richard4 WHITNEY was born 9 Dec 1692. Hannah WHITCOMB was born 28 Mar 1694, Lancaster, MA. His second wife was widow Hannah (EVELETH) AYERS, daughter of John and Mary (BOWMAN) EVELETH and widow of Edward AYERS of Boston.
p. 48, #377: Mary5 WHITNEY married about 1736, John GATES. They had eight children born in Stow, MA.
p. 48, #378: Dorothy5 WHITNEY married about 1741, Phineas TAYLOR. They had eight children born in Stow, MA.
p. 48, #380: Hannah5 WHITNEY and Edward WETHERBEE published their intentions of marriage 26 Mar 1743, Stow, MA, according to Stow vital records. They had four children recorded in Stow.
p. 48, #382: Elizabeth5 WHITNEY and Joseph WETHERBEE published their intentions of marriage 16 Apr 1748, not 15 Apr 1748, according to Stow vital records. She died before 8 Apr 1755, when he married his second wife Hannah FORBUSH.
p. 48, #384: There are two marriages of a Sarah WHITNEY with a ----- WHITCOMB: Sarah WHITNEY and Oliver WHITCOMB published their intentions of marriage 17 Dec 1754, Stow, MA; and Sarah WHITNEY married Abel WHITCOMB, 23 Dec 1769, Harvard, MA. The latter is the date given by Pierce for the marriage of Sarah5 WHITNEY and Capt. Hezekiah WHITCOMB of Harvard, for which no vital record evidence is found. I don't yet have enough information to unravel this.
