Benjamin married firstly, 10 Dec 1730, Preston, CT, Prudence Starkweather, daughter of Thomas and Patience (-----) Starkweather. She was born 14 Aug 1713, Preston, CT, and died circa 1747.

Benjamin married secondly, circa 1748, Judith Leavens, daughter of Joseph and Judith (Sabin) Leavens.
