Aaron Whitney, parentage unknown (but see Notes below), was born about 1814, Jefferson Co., NY, and died after 1880.

He married firstly, before 1840, M. -----. She was born about 1823, Canada, and died between 1855 and 1865.

He married secondly, before 1865, Mary M. -----. She was born about 1816, Jefferson Co., NY, and died between 1865 and 1870.

He married thirdly, before 1870, Melinda -----. She was born about 1819, NY, and died between 1870 and 1875.

He was a blacksmith.

Children of Aaron and M. (-----) Whitney:

i.	Eunice Whitney, b. ca. 1840, St. Lawrence Co., NY; d. aft. 1865.
ii.	William Whitney, b. ca. 1842, Jefferson Co., NY; d. aft. 1865.

Aaron and Mary M. (-----) Whitney had no known children.

Aaron and Melinda (-----) Whitney had no known children.

Notes

It seems possible that he was a son of Nathaniel (1786-1871) and Clarissa (Horr) Whitney, who had a male 5-9 years old in their household in 1820 in Pamelia, Jefferson Co., NY.
