Abner8 Whitney (Joseph Glazier7, Abner6, Samuel5, William4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Joseph Glazier7 and Levina (Dunn) Whitney, was born 1 Apr 1808, Westminster, MA, and died 4 Sep 1874, Ashburnham, MA, aged 66 years 5 months 4 days, of heart disease.[1]

Marriage intentions were published 1 Dec 1830, Fitchburg, MA, for him "of Westminster" and Lovina G. Whitemore.[2] He "of Westminster" married, 24 Dec 1831, Fitchburg, MA, Levinah G. Whittemore;[3] She was born about 20 Jun 1809, Fitchburg, MA, and died 18 Oct 1875, Ashburnham, MA, aged 66 years 3 months 29 days, of liver disease.[4]

He made his will 14 Aug 1865. It was probated 6 Oct 1874. His widow was executor; only child Emily Whitman. He resided Ashburnham, MA.

ii. Levinah Whitney, b. about Jul 1836, Ashburnham, MA; d. 21 Aug 1837, Ashburnham, MA, aged 13 months.[8]
