Alton Clifford Whitney (Frederick, Ransford, Samuel), son of Frederick and Sarah A. (Tifft)(Ford) Whitney, was born 3 Jun 1867, Farnumsville, Grafton, MA,[1] and died 28 Oct 1959, Los Angeles, CA.

He married firstly, Donna I. Richard. She was born about 1858, IL, and died 29 Oct 1891, Northbridge, MA, aged 33 years, of heart failure.[2]

He married secondly, 26 Dec 1897, North Attleborough, MA, Anna Eliza Fisher, daughter of Horatio and Eliza (-----) Fisher. She was born Nov 1874, North Attleborough, MA.

He married thirdly, 3 Jan 1914, Detroit, MI, Alice C. Keach.

Children of Alton Clifford and Donna I. (Richard) Whitney:

i. Clifford Whitney, b. 29 Oct 1891, Northbridge, MA.[3]

Children of Alton Clifford and Anna Eliza (Fisher) Whitney:

ii. Raymond Westley Whitney, b. 20 Jan 1899, Attleborough, MA.[4] [sic]
iii. Alton Whitney, b. 28 Jan 1899, North Attleborough, MA.[5] [sic] He does not appear in the 1900 census record of the family, when his mother is said to have had just one child, and one living, namely Raymond above.

Children of Alton Clifford and Alice C. (Keach) Whitney, if any, unknown.
