Anna5 Whitney ([poss.] Joshua4, Richard3, Richard2, John1), possibly daughter of Dea. Joshua4 and Zerviah (-----) Whitney, was born about 1741, and died 1 Jun 1823, Norridgewock, ME, aged 82 years.

She "of Stow" married, 29 Nov 1759, Littleton, MA, Thomas Whitcomb "of Littleton",[1] son of Nathaniel and Mary (Robbins) Whitcomb. He was born 4 Oct 1736, Littleton, ME, and died 21 Jun 1824, Norridgewock, ME, aged 88 years.

vi. Thomas Whitcomb, b. say 1775, Norridgewock, ME.
vii. Anne Whitcomb, b. 13 Aug 1778, Strong, ME; m. ca. 1799, Joseph Longley.
viii. Nathaniel Whitcomb, b. 16 Jan 1781, Norridgewock, ME.
ix. Joshua Whitcomb, b. ca. 1783, Norridgewock, ME; lost at sea.
