Anne Whitney (Robert, Robert [perhaps] Robert, Eustace, Robert, Robert, Robert, Eustace, Eustace, Robert, ...), daughter of Robert and Elizabeth (verch Morgan ap William) Whitney,[1] was born say 1526.
She married, probably before 1555, Thomas Robage or Robridge of Letton, co. Hereford,[2] a servant to William Herbert, 1st Earl of Pembroke (1506-1570) (Tenth Creation).[3] The Earl of Pembroke received Wilton House in Wiltshire, formerly Wilton Abbey, from King Henry VIII following the dissolution of the monasteries c. 1544. Wilton House remains to this day the seat of the Herbert family represented by William Herbert, 18th Earl of Pembroke.

i. Giles Robage, d.s.p., will dated 16 Nov 1633, proven Dec 1633, described as Giles Rawbach of St. Gregory by St. Paul's, London, Esq. It names Mary Hall wife of John Hall, an annuity of 20 pounds; nephew Richard Chaundler of Wilton; my loving son Mr Walter Vaughns servant; cosin Mrs Anne Wythene wife of Francis Wythens Esquire; cosin Phillipp Proger, Esquire; his son James Proger; Good friend Sr Thomas Morgan, knight; nephew Robert Chaundler of London, clothworker.[5] ii. Elizabeth Robage, b. say 1560, m. Robert Chaundler.
