Benjamin7 Whitney (Eli6, Nathaniel5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Eli6 and Elizabeth (Fay) Whitney, was born 13 Sep 1768, Westborough, MA,[1] and died 28 Dec 1842, Westborough, MA, aged 74 years, of bilious fever.[2]

Marriage intentions were published 20 Mar 1804, Westborough, MA, for him and Sibbel Blake "of Franklin".[3] He ("Whiting") "of Westborough" married, 17 Apr 1804, Franklin, MA, Sibbel Blake "of Franklin",[4] daughter of Solomon and Sibil (Richardson) Blake. She was born 18 Apr 1770, Wrentham, MA, and died 29 Sep 1827, Westborough, MA.[5]

He resided Westborough, MA.
