Charles Howard⁸ Whitney (Ephraim⁷, Daniel⁶, Joel⁵, Abel⁴, Nathaniel³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Ephraim⁷ and Abigail Todd (Dutch) Whitney, was born 25 Nov 1847, Calais, ME,^[1] and died 1924, Ventura, CA. He was buried in Cemetery Park, Ventura, CA.^[2]

He married, 27 Jun 1873, Oshkosh, WI, Myrtle Roselle Wright, daughter of Phillip Van Rensselaer and Hannah Drake (Coffin) Wright. She was born Mar 1853, WI, and died 30 May 1936, Ventura, CA. She was buried in Cemetery Park, Ventura, CA.^[3]
