Charles Scott9 Whitney (Charles Hammond8, Micah7, James6, Ezra5, James4, John3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Charles Hammond8 and Lydia A. (Perry) Whitney, was born 8 May 1861, Webster, MA, and died 12 Oct 1902, Marlborough, MA, aged 38 years 5 months 4 days, of fall from electric car, fracture of skull and cerebral hemorrhage.[1]
He married firstly, 8 Apr 1891, Princeton, MA (also recorded at Worcester, MA), Addie L. Blanding, daughter of Oscar G. and Laura (Peeler) Blanding.[2] She was born about 17 Mar 1870, Athol, MA, and died 29 Jul 1895, Barre, MA (also recorded in Worcester, MA), aged 25 years 4 months 12 days, of phthisis pulmonalis.[3]
He married secondly, 25 Jan 1900, Northborough, MA, Mary Gertrude Barrett, daughter of Charles and Mary (Parsons) Barrett.[4] She was born May 1876, Worcester, MA.
He resided at 11 Central St., Worcester, MA.
