Daniel Winslow10 Whitney (Daniel9, Amos8, Amos7, Ephraim6, Nathaniel5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Daniel9 and Louisa (Brown) Whitney, was born Aug 1838, Upton, MA, and died after 1887.

He married firstly, 12 Feb 1867, Manchester, VT, Mary Relief Pond, daughter of Levi and Mary (Wood) Pond.[1] She was born 3 Mar 1843, Milford, MA, and died 13 Feb 1885, Upton, MA, aged 47 years 11 months, of pneumonia.[2]

He married secondly, 20 Apr 1887, Newtown Highlands, MA, Eleanor Louise Lowe, daughter of Frederick Albert and Jane Louise (Pooles/Skelton) Lowe.[3] She was born about 1863, Greenwood, ON.[4] They were divorced. She married secondly, 1 Apr 1902, Boston, MA [recorded Newton, MA], Benjamin James Hunt, b. ca. 1862, Digby, NS, son of Benjamin J. and Mary Eliza (Odell) Hunt.[5]

He married thirdly, 7 Nov 1906, Washington, DC [recorded Upton, MA], Mary E. Barksdale, dau. of Claiborne W. and Ruth F. (-----) Barksdale.[6] She was born about 1878, Southerland or Danville, VA. She was part Indian.

i. Frederick Andrew11 Whitney, b. 24 May 1877, Upton, MA;[7] m. 22 Feb 1900, Fisherville, Grafton, MA [also recorded Upton, MA], Rosie M. Allard, b. ca. 1881, Grafton, MA, dau. of Lewis and Mary Harper Allen.[8]
