David⁵ Whitney (Jonathan⁴, Jonathan³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Jonathan⁴ and Lydia (Jones) Whitney, was baptized 21 Sep 1746 at Milford, MA^[1].

Marriage intentions were published 2 Feb 1765, Mendon, MA, for him and his first wife Keziah Marshall, daughter of Thomas and Beriah (Grant) Marshall. She was born 2 Mar 1744, Holliston, MA, and died before Dec 1767.

He married secondly, 7 Dec 1767, Deerfield, MA, Rachel Rawson,^[2] daughter of Nathaniel and Rachel (Daniels) Rawson. She was born 20 May 1741, Mendon, MA, and died 23 Feb 1805, Conway, MA, aged 63 years.^[3]

He was also known as Rev. David Whitney.

David⁵ and Keziah (Marshall) Whitney had no children.
