Edward Alonzo7 Whitney (John6, Joshua5, Eleazer4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of John6 and Lucy (Chamberlin) Whitney, was born 1 Sep 1823, Sandisfield, MA, and died 27 Jul 1905, Sandisfield, MA, aged 81 years 11 months, of arteriosclerosis.[1] He was buried in West New Boston Cemetery, Sandisfield, MA.[2]
He married, 25 Nov 1846, Sandisfield, MA, Harriett Elvira Couch, daughter of Lyman and Lavinia (Wilcox) Couch.[3] She was born 8 or 12 Feb 1830, Sandisfield, MA, and died 26 Aug 1905, Sandisfield, MA, aged 75 years 6 months 14 days, of weak heart.[4] She was buried in West New Boston Cemetery, Sandisfield, MA.[5]
He is a manufacturer of hand hay rakes; resided Montville, MA.
