He married, 13 Nov 1867, Emma A. Barney, daughter of Freeborn David Jones and Emeline A. (Oliver) Barney. She was born 15 Oct 1847, Cincinnati, OH, and died 18 Apr 1899, Milford, MA, aged 51 years 7 months 3 days, of an embolism,[2] also recorded as 18 Apr 1899, Boston, MA, aged 51 years 7 months 3 days, of an embolism.[3]
