He married, 24 Sep 1772, Canaan, CT, Chloe Beckley[4], daughter of Joseph and Pedey (Hancox) Beckley. She was born 25 Mar 1755, Canaan, CT, and died 22 Jan 1827, Canaan, CT, aged 72 years[5][6].
