Elisha Parker7 Whitney (Richard6, Simon5, Daniel4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Richard6 and Mary Elizabeth (Parker) Whitney, was born 19 Jun 1825, Amherst, MA, and died 22 Apr 1892, Amherst, MA, aged 68 years 10 months 3 days, of endocarditis.[1]

He married, 9 Jul 1843, Farmington, CT, Frances A. M. Stanley "both of Amherst",[2] daughter of Henry F. and Amanda (Perry) Stanley. She was born about May 1818, or about 1819, or about 1820, or about 1823, or about 1824, Amherst, MA, and died 2 Mar 1905, Amherst, MA, aged 86 years 10 months, of a cerebral hemorrhage.[3]

He resided Amherst, MA.
